2.  For Ongoing Training Programme:
With the onset of technology, today’s business world faces constant market changes and businesses are seeing new developments all the time. In order to keep the employee’s updated with the latest transformation in the company policy ethics and objectives, it is important to offer training when changes arise. Unlike any other medium, video can speed up the learning process. For companies that confront rapid changes, a weekly video of 2-5 minutes are an excellent way to keep the employees on top of their game.

3. For Employee Grooming and Development:
In business, there always remains a scope for learning new thing. So many companies in order to keep their employees abreast of everything are implementing continual education. Not only on company’s newly adopted policies, but also on the information on market trends, leadership skills, sales skills, and both personal and professional development. But this is not the end.
